Current SharinPix licensees can already access a basic version of Search and Display Images, which allows them to enter simple queries to find images uploaded to your Salesforce records using SharinPix. As Agentforce’s capabilities continue to grow, this SharinPix extension will allow you to drive your research through more detailed discussion and interact with the image easily and intuitively.

Search for Images on Your Terms
With the new extension, you can perform searches based on any data related to the image context or metadata. This includes searching for images associated with specific Salesforce accounts, site visit records, or work orders. Display the Results
Once you have found the images, they can be displayed directly within the Agentforce chat interface, regardless of the number of images retrieved.
